Itinerary
- At 09:45 hrs you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco.
- This cooking experience will provide you with a unique vision about food and the Peruvian gastronomic culture and regional products such as quinoa, yellow pepper and trout.
- Under the guide of expert chefs, you will prepare gourmet fusion dishes that you will later enjoy with the most spectacular views of the City of Cusco.
- To start with the most important, the ingredients, you will begin a guided visit to the San Pedro market, where you will learn about products from the different regions.
- Later, you will be taken to our specially-designed area in an 11th floor to make the most out of the participatory cooking class. During this experience, you will learn how to prepare a delicious starter (trout tiradito), a main dish (quinotto) and to accompany it, a refreshing pisco sour.
- Upon completing the class, you will have your lunch with a beautiful view of Cusco.
- At the end of the workshop, around 13:15 hrs you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The cancellation policy is up to 03 days before the trip date to cancel without any cancellation fee. Otherwise, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
- The rescheduling policy is up to 03 days before the trip date and is valid until December 31, 2024.

- Passengers are responsible to arrive on time to the itinerary established by the tour package; otherwise, they may later join the tour by their own account (transportation) and refund will not apply for the service not used.
- We pick up clients from hotels located in the historic center of Cusco. If you are in accommodation outside this area, you must contact us to coordinate a meeting point so that you can come closer.
